1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, using any of our free tools, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or purchase our services.
2. What we offer
- Free tools: the Swim School Health Check, the Impact Ease Grid, and our printable worksheets. Free to use, no account required, and covered by clause 3.
- The Fast Lane: a free weekly email newsletter.
- The Profit Leak Diagnosis ($37): a report you complete with figures from your own swim school, delivered digitally and calculated in your own browser.
- The Automated Receptionist ($97): an automated voice agent set up for your swim school on one live install call, so missed calls are answered, enquiries captured and trial classes offered. See clause 6.
- A Blueprint seat deposit ($250): holds one of a limited number of seats in the next cohort and comes off the fee if you go ahead. Refundable in full before the cohort starts, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The Profitable Swim School Blueprint ($1,997 launch price, or 3 monthly payments of $749): a 9-module live Zoom program with recordings, templates, and tools, delivered over approximately 9 weeks per cohort. Paying over time costs more than paying up front, and the plan stops after its final instalment rather than continuing as a subscription.
- Slipstream ($997/month): an ongoing monthly marketing management service, capacity-limited and open to any swim school owner. Completing the Blueprint is not a prerequisite. The fee is for our work; your advertising spend is billed by the ad platforms directly to your own account and is not included. Larger Slipstream engagements are quoted individually and run on their own written services agreement. Those may include a one-off build fee, virtual assistant support, a minimum term, and the cost of the software your campaigns run on. Where you have signed one of those agreements, it sets your fees and your term, not this page.
Prices are in Australian dollars and may change for future cohorts or new clients; a price change never affects an already-completed purchase. Some offers are limited in number or made only at a particular event, and those limits are stated where the offer is made.
3. The free tools
The Health Check, the Impact Ease Grid and the Profit Leak Diagnosis report all run inside your own browser. We don’t store your answers, your figures, or your task list, and we can’t recover them for you, so keep your own copy of anything you want to keep. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what does and does not reach us.
Your Health Check result lives in the page address, which means anyone you send that link to can open the same result. That is deliberate, so you can share it with a business partner or your accountant. Treat the link as yours to share or not.
The tools are provided as they are, free of charge, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for swim school owners and operators acting in the course of their business, not for personal or household use. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when purchasing or entering data into our tools.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely via GoHighLevel and its payment partners. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided. Slipstream is billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Blueprint payment plan is charged monthly for its stated number of instalments and then stops. Advertising spend is never charged by us; you pay the platforms directly.
Where you have signed a separate written services agreement with us, that agreement sets what you pay, when you pay it, and how long it runs. It prevails over this page and over our Refund & Cancellation Policy wherever the two differ. These pages keep applying to everything that agreement does not cover.
6. The Automated Receptionist
The receptionist is an automated voice agent. It answers calls, takes enquiry details and offers your trial class. It is a piece of software, not a person, and it will sometimes mishear a caller or get something wrong. It is not a message-taking service for emergencies, medical issues, or incidents at your pool, and it must not be presented to your customers as one.
Because it speaks to your customers on your behalf, some of it is yours to manage:
- You own the phone number, the booking system and the customer relationship. We configure the agent to work with them.
- You are responsible for keeping what it says accurate, including your prices, class times and availability, and for telling us when they change.
- Your own obligations to your customers, including any notice or consent required where calls are recorded or handled by an automated system, remain yours.
- Check its bookings the way you would check a new staff member’s.
It runs on a third-party platform (see clause 10), so its availability depends on that platform. We’ll help you resolve a fault, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for a booking it fails to take.
7. The Profit Leak Diagnosis is informational, not advice
The Profit Leak Diagnosis produces its report from the figures you enter and general industry benchmarks. Our free tools work the same way. They are tools to help you identify where to look, not financial, accounting, legal, or professional advice, and shouldn’t be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.
8. No guaranteed results
We don’t guarantee specific financial outcomes, enrolment numbers, revenue, or any other result from using our tools, completing the Blueprint, installing the receptionist, or engaging Slipstream. Results depend on your individual effort, your school’s starting position, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any example figures, benchmarks, or case studies we share are illustrative and not a promise of what you’ll achieve. Where we do make a specific promise, such as the First Three Guarantee, the terms of that promise are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and that is what it means.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials, templates, worksheets, spreadsheets, tools, ad swipe files, email sequences, and other assets provided as part of the Blueprint or Slipstream are the intellectual property of Swim School Owners Hub. When you purchase the Blueprint, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials in your own swim school business. Our free tools and worksheets are yours to use and print inside your own business on the same basis. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share any of them with anyone outside your own business.
What you create using them is yours. Work we produce for you as part of Slipstream, such as ads and campaign assets written for your school, is yours to keep using after you leave.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your Blueprint login or Zoom access with anyone who hasn’t purchased it; scrape, copy, or republish our website content or our free tools; or use any of our tools or services for any unlawful purpose.
11. Third-party services
Delivery relies on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Zoom, Calendly and our hosting provider. We’re not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we’ll make reasonable efforts to help resolve any disruption to your access.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swim School Owners Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, our free tools, or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Blueprint or Slipstream if you breach these terms, including sharing access with unauthorised users or misusing our materials.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the update.
